Unleashing the Power of Forgiveness
“Hatred stirs up conflict,
but love covers over all wrongs.” Pvbs.
10:12
In a Bible Study on spiritual warfare one of the weapons
we covered was love. In a powerful exercise on choosing love- the women
"covered a sin" with love. For one woman it meant forgiving another
person after 40 years. Another woman said she experienced genuine love for the
first time. As they shared through their tears the power of love was evident.
Thank You Lord!
The same woman told me that yesterday she received a
visit from the person she forgave - totally unannounced, unexpected. She had
not seen this person in years. This person came from Florida. This person
waited for two hours while the staff tracked down the offender. This person apologized for what he had done
to her and asked for forgiveness. They hugged.
I tell you, a cloud of darkness hovering over this
family, and this woman, broke. Evil was shattered by the power of love and
forgiveness. I have seen plenty of physical healings, deliverances, and
prophecies. To this day the greatest miracle I have witnessed is forgiveness.
